We appreciate everyone for staying with us for as long as they need (minimum stay is 3 months).

We reward our tenants for a 12 months contract with us.

We give a £5 weekly discount when signing up for a long-term contract and we help saving £260 yearly

(this amount can easily cover a long weekend somewhere in Europe, a shopping day or to buy for yourself that thing that you wish but you never had a chance to save for)

 

How is monthly rent calculated in the UK?

Most of the property in UK are listed by weekly rent as well as monthly but to make sure that we avoid confusions we have to clarify something:

Monthly pay should not be calculated as 1 month = 4 weeks but as:

weekly rent x 52 weeks/per year = rent per annum / 12 months = monthly rent

​

Example: Weekly rent £138 for single room ID E50BQ02

£138 x 52 weeks = £7176 /12 months = £598 per month (£595 our price)

So, either we calculate on a monthly or weekly basis the amount of money you pay is the same.
