Our properties

Our properties are mostly spacious 4-bedroom flats (1 floor or 2 floors flats)* and are suitable for shared living. All of them are located in East or North London (Zone 2) and we choose the safest areas, close to high streets, shops and easy access to public transport.

 

20-40 min travel to central London

*Unfortunately, not all our flats are disabled friendly, but to make it easier for you, we made sure that every room has a specification if disabled friendly and if the building is equipped with a lift. We don’t want to waste your time in case the rooms are not what you are looking for. For more details, please contact us and we will answer your questions

Our flats are properly equipped 

When moving with us you do not need to buy anything. We make sure that you have everything you need. 

  • Stove, microwave, kettle, fridge/freezer, sandwich maker, toaster

  • Pots and pans, plates, mugs and cutlery

  • Washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hanging dryers

  • Brooms/brushes, buckets with mops and cleaning products including washing up liquid, sponges and cloths changed regularly​​​​

  • Hand wash soap and Air Fresheners are never missing either.

What is yours is yours

You need your privacy and we know that. Your own marked cupboards in the common areas (kitchen, fridge, bathrooms) and your own key room of course.

Do you need anything else in the room?

Tell us. If is a reasonable request (another bookcase, chair, bedside drawers) we can make it happen.

Cleaning services

To come home from work or uni and find a clean and tidy house is always a pleasure. iFlatShare has its own cleaning team which twice a week is taking care of your home. They have a defined rota which will make sure they cover everything in a proper way in 2 specific days of the week. And you do not need to pay extra. it is included in your monthly rent.

 

Their main focus is to keep your house clean, tidy and organized. They will also access the common cupboards in the house and make sure that everything is in place and you won’t be looking everywhere for that mug that you prefer.

Communication & solving problems

We don’t like to leave the problems unsolved.

We are available for you Monday to Saturday via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook or email.

     *For emergencies we provide 7/24 support.

We also set up WhatsApp groups for every flat and in the beginning of your contract we will add you. Any question or technical problem can be sent there and we usually answer in the same day.

No time for a viewing?

As we know that not everyone has the necessary time to come and check the rooms

or they are still abroad while searching for a place to live in London, 

iFlatShare gives the opportunity to see the rooms remotely.
